Stage 1: Application 14th Oct -10th Nov 2023
This stage entails the students to apply for UD-AIEC 2024 through registering their teams and ideas on an online platform (https://aiec.udsm.ac.tz). At this stage there will also be Awareness campaigns and Promotion of UD-AIEC 2024 to all UDSM units. For inclusivity and ownership of students in the Challenge, the Awareness campaigns and Promotion will be done with DIEN in collaboration with DUEF and DARUSO. The UD-AIEC 2024 Online platform will also be providing updated information with regard to all stages of the Challenge as it progresses.Furthermore, DIEN plans to have 1-2 hours in day lecture/webinar open to all students which will inform the students on how to organize their ideas, sourcing innovative ideas etc.
